Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
- Prepare and craft authentic Mexican dishes, including burritos and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant during overnight hours
- Restock fridges and perform basic food preparation tasks
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during the night shift
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the overnight operations

Qualifications





- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Willingness to undertake a Responsible Service of Alcohol course
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of food safety practices
