Responsibilities

- Design and deliver solutions that combine process automation, AI, ML, and API‑driven orchestration.
- Lead the automation and AI transformation effort across FW Network Delivery.
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and embed continuous improvement.
- Manage technical teams, projects, and vendors across agile and waterfall delivery models.
- Engage stakeholders, communicate and influence decision‑making.

Qualifications

- Extensive experience delivering large‑scale, complex solutions in telecommunications or technology environments.
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams, projects, and vendors across agile and waterfall delivery models.




- Deep expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, including creating and maintaining architecture artefacts, applying standards and frameworks, and leveraging contemporary technologies such as automation platforms, AI, ML, and API‑driven orchestration.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
