About The Role

Based in Sydney you will step into a pivotal project management role within a lean, high-performing team taking ownership of large-scale wind projects from contract through to completion. The responsibilities include managing project scope, project schedule, commercial outcomes, compliance and key stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

This includes leading site teams, engineering/delivery consultants and managing project subcontractors while maintaining strong control over cost/cashflow, variations, forecasting and commercial outcomes to ensure the wind asset is delivered safely and on schedule.

Regular site travel (Within New South Wales)



is expected within this role.

Qualifications/Requirements

- 6-8+ years of hands‑on project management experience in the Wind sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value projects end-to-end
- Advanced commercial and compliance skills — contracts, risk, cost control
- Very strong stakeholder management and client-facing capability
- A professional PM certification (PMP, AIPM or equivalent preferred)
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a "get it done" attitude
