SAP Solution Architect - Federal Government - Melb or Canberra

As part of our growing Federal Government Practice, this role will be responsible for designing and developing SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals for our various Federal Government clients. With significant growth across our client base this is an exciting new role leveraging both superior architect and pre‑sales skills.

Responsibilities

- Functioning as the lead for Federal Government SAP Pre‑Sales. Work closely with Sales and Account Executives to respond to tenders, develop content and provide demonstrations, presentations and customer workshops.
- Knowledge of BTP's capabilities and use cases for extending and integrating SAP solutions.
- Ability to position BTP as a strategic element in proposed solutions.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its key modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Logistics).
- Experience with cloud deployments and integrations (Azure, AWS).
- Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Solution Design & Consulting.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.




- Experience designing and documenting complex SAP implementations.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage customers and drive sales conversations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for a business audience.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales teams to achieve mutual goals.
- Federal Government Knowledge – an understanding of Public Sector trends and challenges and ability to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of Federal Government.

Qualifications

- Min 10+ years working as a Solution Architect, senior SAP consultant or Team/Practice lead.
- SAP Certification highly preferred.
- Degree qualification highly preferred.
- AGSVA Clearance (active or previous, NV1 minimum).
