This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Overview Older Adult Health (OAH) Hubs are a new model of care designed to support older adults to achieve optimal health through safe, high‑quality, integrated, community‑based care. They operate through a combination of virtual and physical services, delivering and coordinating proactive and responsive care, including illness and injury prevention, risk prediction, early intervention, and timely access to appropriate services.
Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Senior Physiotherapist plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates Physiotherapy services to patients in the South Metropolitan OAH Hub using advanced clinical practice skills. The role includes planning, implementing and evaluating patient safety and quality of care, and ensuring practice aligns with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct, the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Registration Standards and SMHS policies and guidelines.

Hospital Workplace Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783‑bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, comprehensive cancer centre, purpose‑built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
