Junior Installation Coordinator – Resin-Bound Paving (Career Progression Opportunity)

Location: Sydney, NSW (Occasional interstate and out of area travel)

Salary: $90,000 per annum + Company Vehicle

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

This role is designed for someone with trade qualifications or hands-on construction experience who wants to step up into a supervisory pathway. You’ll receive full training in resin-bound paving methods and work closely with our experienced installation team, subcontractors, and management to learn every aspect of the trade.

You’ll start by assisting with planning, coordination, and on-site support for our projects, while developing the skills to manage your own team in future.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting the scheduling and coordination of resin-bound paving installations for commercial projects
- Actively participating in the practical completion of project installations
- Learning to work with and coordinate subcontractors on-site
- Assisting with training sessions for recent installers and learning best-practice installation techniques
- Helping with on-site quality inspections and client support
- Attending sites with senior staff to help resolve customer issues
- Supporting WHS compliance by helping maintain safety documentation

What We’re Looking For





- Trade background (landscaping, concreting, paving, carpentry, or similar)
- Eager to learn, hands-on, and not afraid to get involved in the physical side of the job
- Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
- Full Australian working rights are essential – we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role
