Title: SAP SF EC Consultant

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Responsibilities

- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
- Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
- Manage end-to-end AMS delivery for SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, ECP, RCM, ONB, Compensation, etc.)

Skills

- Minimum 4 – 6 End-End-To Implementations in EC and EC Time-off with valid certification in Employee Central module
- 4+ years in project or AMS service delivery management.
- Should have knowledge of Incident, problem and change management process.




- Experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events & Event derivation, RBP, MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows. Good understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types
- Experince in Successfactors Integration Center and experience in reporting including story report.
- Experience in Successfactors Integration with EC Payroll and SAP HCM systems
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
- Robust executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
- Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
- Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage
