The role
Reporting to the Team Leader, Direct Lending, you’ll be part of a high-performing sales team driving home loan origination through our direct channel.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customers through the end-to-end home loan journey
- Assessing, verifying and preparing applications for credit
- Helping customers choose the right product for their needs
- Engaging pre‑qualified customers and guiding them through the home loan process
- Working closely with Lending Operations to ensure customers’ home loans settle
- Manage customer leads daily via inbound and outbound phone calls
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships

- 3+ years’ experience in home lending or similar
- Strong knowledge of lending scenarios and responsible lending obligations
- Proven ability to manage and convert a pipeline

- Solid Microsoft Office skills
