We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our MECCA Charlestown store in NSW on a full‑time basis.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience




- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role

- Prior experience managing a large‑format retail workplace where you inspire and educate large teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA‑magic moments
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
