YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE
Ongoing Full Time Role – Occupational Therapist Grade 2
- 80 hours per fortnight
- Salary between $90,235 to $103,724 depending on experience
We are seeking a dynamic Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a world‑class oncology setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient wellbeing and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred occupational therapy services to individuals with complex oncology needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to support patients' functional independence and quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to ensure integrated, holistic care.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and student supervision.
The successful candidate will possess
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably within an acute hospital or oncology setting.
- Strong clinical reasoning, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care.
- Commitment to ongoing career development and continuous improvement.
