- Manage phone, online and walk-in enquiries
- Assist leads provided to you by Aussie
- Connect with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks
- Provide lending advice to customers
- Guide customers through the home loan application process
Qualifications
- A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required. If you don’t have a Cert IV, we will provide instruction on how to obtain it
- Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided
- A background in sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role
- A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business
- An ability to provide exceptional customer experiences, and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams
