Senior Valuer
Marsh Valuation Services is continuing to grow both nationally and in QLD and as such is seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join our team in Brisbane. This is a unique and exciting chance to work on large non‑mortgage valuation projects for some of the country’s leading organisations in a dynamic team environment.
Our firm specialises in valuations of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets throughout the Pacific Region with a strong focus on financial reporting and insurance valuations, without reliance on bank panels or mortgage valuations.
The role will see you be a senior member of the valuations team while undertaking valuations across QLD for a range of purposes, working across diverse industries and managing multiple projects. You should be driven, growth‑focused and open to intrastate travel for key client commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various asset types for differing purposes.
- Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while effectively prioritising your time.
- Provide expert advice to clients on valuation methodologies and project approaches.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business relationships and grow the valuation portfolio.
Qualifications
- AAPI-qualified with a CPV qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing valuations.
- Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations.
- Strong business development skills with a growth‑focused mindset.
- Experience in project management.
- Availability to travel intrastate.
