Job Description

- Oversee the preparation, submission, and management of environmental approvals and permits.
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement sustainable practices and minimise environmental impact.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on environmental and approvals matters to internal and external parties.
- Conduct environmental risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Environmental & Approvals Advisor should have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in environmental science,



environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in environmental approvals and compliance within the energy and natural resources industry.
- Strong knowledge of Australian environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities effectively.
