With full books, a senior GP heading on leave, and patient demand exceeding capacity, this is a solid opportunity to step into an existing patient load and build your own practice.

The Clinic

The clinic operates 365 days a year with extended weekday and weekend hours. It offers comprehensive mixed billing services and is supported by a full nursing team and extensive allied health services onsite, including physiotherapy, audiology, dietetics, psychology, and diabetes education. Best Practice software is used.

Qualifications and Requirements

- FRACGP or equivalent
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration

The Package

- 70% of billings
- $180/hour guarantee for the first 3 months
- Item 23 billed at $98 with a $40 gap
- Estimated earnings: ~$1,372/day (4 patients/hour, 7 hours, 70% share)
- Work alongside 6 GPs
- Full-time nursing and admin support
- Allied health onsite
- Flexible roster
