Access Psych is part of the MedHealth group, offering qualified face‑to‑face and telehealth mental health support services across Australia. We support individuals and corporate customers through Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Medicare clients. We look for psychologists or accredited mental health social workers who can work face to face and in a hybrid telehealth/face‑to‑face setting.

The role is part‑time (1–4 days per week) with flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, while avoiding burnout or clinical fatigue. You will provide evidence‑based training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and help them return to work and re‑engage with the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide evidence‑based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients.
- Collaborate with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to facilitate return to work and community re‑engagement.
- Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Registered psychologist (AHPRA) or accredited mental health social worker (AASW).
- Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation and Worksafe VIC.
- Permanent residency in Australia.
- Passion for improving lives through work and health.
- Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
