We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Rouse Hill store. This is a maternity leave contract for up to 8 months.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
- The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
- A growth mindset,



actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
- A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high‑performing teams
- Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation

Sales & Service

- Own whole‑of‑store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences
- Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales
- Connect and educate loyal customers on our world‑famous product

Coaching & Leadership

- Coach and develop a high-performance, fun and energetic culture through hands‑on mentoring and on‑floor leadership
- Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of the stores

Store Operations

- Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins, and opportunities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed
- Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy
- Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
