- Proven experience in store management (fashion retail preferred)
- Strong leadership skills — lead from the front and inspire performance
- Results-driven with a strong focus on sales, KPIs, and store success
- Passionate about fashion, youth culture, and premium streetwear
- Skilled in operations, stock management, rostering & reporting
- A natural communicator with solid people and performance skills
- High attention to detail with an eye for visual merchandising
