The Opportunity: As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will drive growth by engaging with small to mid-size companies across the ANZ region. Your primary mission is to conduct outbound activities, including calls and emails, to qualify leads, book demos for the Business Development team, and close sales independently. You will also collaborate on outbound campaigns with the Marketing team to make a direct impact on expansion.

What You'll Do

- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound activities to identify and qualify potential leads for ShiftCare
- Demo Booking: Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with our Account Executive team
- Campaign Collaboration:



Work with the Marketing team on outbound campaigns to enhance market presence
- Relationship Building: Establish and foster relationships with prospects, leveraging both existing and recent connections

Requirements

- Proactive Professionals: Individuals who take initiative and are driven to achieve goals
- Outbound Expertise: Minimum of 2 years in a similar Outbound Business Development role
- SaaS Familiarity: Prior experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies
- Strategic Thinkers: Ability to strategically build and maintain an accurate lead pipeline
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
- Goal-Driven: Commitment to achieving and exceeding goals daily, weekly, and monthly
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment
