About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Cooinda, you will:
- Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person‑centred care plans
- Apply sound clinical judgement and ethical decision‑making
- Foster respect and understanding across diverse backgrounds
- Support and mentor care staff to uphold best practicesEngage in ongoing career development and training
About You
You bring:
- Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
- Experience with aged care software systems
- A passion for elder care and person‑centred clinical practice
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Group facilitation and one‑on‑one support skills
- Full working rights in Australia
