Senior MRI Analyst

As a Senior MRI Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s commercial real estate operations by leveraging MRI Software and its associated applications to deliver actionable insights, streamline reporting, and enhance system capabilities. You will act as a subject matter expert on MRI modules, lead system enhancements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven decision‑making.

Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$165,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

The tasks and responsibilities for the role include:

- Management oversight, training and mentoring of the Systems Support team, 2 x Manila staff
- Management Studio query and integrity checks
- Deep dive in system back‑end queries – Reporting modifications and cabinet file progression
- Discussions with external consultants/MRI
- 2nd level Jira issue review/triage
- System error investigation, solution and root cause analysis
- Bank account setup / Cash Mapping
- Data Migration support and tasks – Data extraction to support Power BI reports/SQL server integration
- Internal Business Owner client reporting/data extracts
- Budget and Reforecast training and support
- Treasury Management system approvals & admin support




- Scoping of new items for automation and system improvement, including business requirements for small projects
- Monthly Reporting to the GM
- Periodic audit investigation and reporting
- Training on utilisation of SQL (MRI query) for staff
- Team player, leads by example

- Understanding of Accounting principles and knowledge is essential (Not Essential)
- Property industry experience preferable, not essential

Qualifications

Experience with the following would be beneficial:

- MyBuildings, Sage, or other larger ERP systems – Exposure to Treasury or Loan Management systems.
