Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage the quality systems, food safety practices, and compliance in our food manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in product quality and safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the QA team to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
3. Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
4. Drive continuous improvement in quality systems, processes, and product consistency.
5. Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
6. Manage supplier quality assurance,



ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
7. Provide training and leadership to staff on quality and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role within food manufacturing.
2. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Experience with audits, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Degree or qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
