Greyfield is a data-driven commercial real estate advisory business specialising in leasing, repositioning and managing shopping centres, large format retail assets and high exposure commercial property.

We manage over $675 million in retail assets and work exclusively with blue-chip, national tenants. We are far from your typical agency - our founders are experts in rezoning, law, leasing and business building.

Now, we are building our next frontier - a dedicated sales platform to sell prime greenfield retail sites and set-and-forget assets. We already control the leasing and management - but now we are bringing sales in-house.

The Opportunity

We are in the market for a closer - aka Head of Retail Sales. Someone with sharp instincts, commercial firepower and a hunger to lead from the front.

This is not a traditional agent role. It's a leadership position where you'll build and own the sales function from day one, backed by our data, deal flow and market control.

A very generous full-time salary is on offer with a lucrative commission structure.

What You'll Do

- Lead and grow Greyfield's sales function across NSW.
- Represent prime retail development sites and completed retail assets.
- Work closely with our leasing and management teams to deliver bankable, tenant-secured assets.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers and high-net-worth investors.
- Drive off-market transactions with total focus on value, not volume.

Who You Are

- A proven closer in retail property sales.
- Commercially aggressive, highly strategic and independently driven.
- Deeply confident in yield metrics, cap rates, value-uplift and tenant covenants.
- Excited to be part of a non-traditional real estate business.
- Ready to build something big and own it.
