Junior Site Foreman (mandarin speaking preferred)

Sydney, NSW | Full-time | $90,000–$120,000 + super

ALEX Kitchen & Joinery is seeking an organised and proactive Junior Site Foreman to coordinate joinery deliveries and installations across Sydney.

This is a site management and coordination role, not a hands-on installation position. As a Site Foreman, you will take responsility for managing day-to-day site opertations, including installation teams, organise schedules, communicate with clients and builders, and check completed work.

ALEX Kitchen & Joinery is a Sydney-based high end customised joinery supplier offering design, supply, and installation works. We focus on luxury, high end residential joinery projects, delivering customised joinery solutions with a strong focus on quality, functionality, and detail.

We operate on an international scale, with part of our team based in overseas and part based in Sydney, Australia.

As a rapidly expanding team, we are seeking long-term team members who are motivated to grow with the business and join our ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan delivery and installation schedules

- Allocate work to multiple installation teams

- Coordinate with clients, builders, and internal team

- Confirm site readiness before installation

- Maintain site documents and daily site diary





- Monitor installation progress and provide clear site direction

- Inspect completed work and manage defects

- Coordinate rectification work and final handover

- Conduct site measurements when required

- Travel between project sites across Sydney

About You

- Academic background in project management, construction management or a related field

- Experience in construction, fit-out or project coordination preferred

- Robust planning, communication and problem-solving skills

- Good understanding of Australian construction standards and workplace safety requirements

- Organised, proactive and solution-focused

- Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate different teams

- Mandarin speaking preferred

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- White Card preferred

Joinery experience is highly regarded, but candidates from construction, interiors, cabinetry or fit-out backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
