Established in Hokkaido, Japan, we have pursued the production of delicious and authentic Japanese sweets since 1998.
Over the past two decades, we have proudly opened flagship stores worldwide, sharing our joyful journey with customers in China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and the USA.
In November 2021, we launched the LeTAO online shop in Australia at www.LeTAOaustralia.com. Building on this milestone, our Australian flagship store opened in Melbourne in October 2022, followed by the Sydney flagship store in October 2023.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and support the store team.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Inspire and motivate the team through your own sales leadership, helping the store achieve robust sales results and performance bonuses together.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the store.
- Assist with rostering, stock management and store presentation.
- Achieve sales and store performance targets.
- Work closely with Business Development team for marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
- A positive and hands-on leader who enjoys working with people.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-minded with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
- Organised, reliable and proactive.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage, but not essential.
