Shellharbour
Property Manager
Location: Illawarra/Shellharbour | Type: Full-time | Salary: Competitive, above-award + commission
Domaa began in 2016 with a simple idea — to do real estate differently. No ego. No suits. No pushy sales lines. Just genuine people helping others feel at home, whether they’re buying, selling, or renting.
Since then, we’ve quietly grown through the power of connection — one trusted relationship at a time — now managing a multi-million property portfolio entirely through word-of-mouth referrals, yet still offering a bespoke service to our clients.
We’re entering an exciting current chapter — established new office, new website and branding coming soon, and new opportunities to bring fresh energy into the business. What hasn’t changed is our heartbeat: being bold, kind, and unrelenting in how we care for both properties and people.
At Domaa, you’ll find a culture built on trust and freedom. We believe great work happens when you’re supported to work how you work best. If you’re driven, creative, and a little bit entrepreneurial — you’ll feel right at home here.
About the Role
This isn’t your typical entry-level job — it’s your chance to grow into something bigger.
As a Junior Property Consultant, you’ll learn the full property management cycle hands-on — from taking client enquiries to preparing homes for new tenants. You’ll be immersed in every part of the business, developing the confidence and capability to one day run your own portfolio.
You’ll be surrounded by people who genuinely want you to succeed — who will mentor you, challenge you, and cheer for you as you grow. You’ll get flexibility, autonomy, and space to bring your ideas to life.
If you’re the type who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-moving environment,
and wants to build a career (not just have a job), this is the place to do it.
