Alpine Spas is Australasia's largest Spa, Sauna and Swim Spa retailer - and we got there by moving faster, thinking sharper, and holding ourselves to a higher standard than anyone else in the industry. The role

You'll be the face of Alpine in the showroom, on the phone, and in every email and text you send. Whether a customer walks through the door, calls in, or submits an enquiry online, you're their first point of contact - and their guide to finding the perfect product.

Your job is to understand what customers really need, guide them to the right solution, and close. Then follow up, build the relationship, and generate the referral. You'll manage your own pipeline end-to-end using our CRM (GreenTree), owning every stage: calls, quotes, emails, texts, and post-sale check-ins.

Beyond your own numbers, you'll contribute to the team's collective performance - sharing product knowledge, and keeping the showroom presentation at the highest standard. Most importantly, you'll play a direct role in bringing happiness to thousands of families across Australia.

Key responsibilities

- Maximise sales across multiple channels - in-person, phone, and digital enquiry

- Deliver exceptional service so every customer finds their perfect fit

- Own your pipeline in CRM: follow-ups, quotes, and post-sale check-ins done on time, every time

- Maintain showroom presentation at a consistently high standard

- Contribute to team performance through knowledge sharing and collective accountability

About you

- A track record in sales - you've hit targets, you know how to close, and you can demonstrate both

- Customer-obsessed, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service

- Sharp written and verbal communication that reflects the brand accurately and professionally

- Competent with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and multi-channel communication platforms

- Exceptionally self-managed - your follow-ups are done on time, and in time

- Adaptable and adaptable, with the initiative to act without being told

- A team-first mindset - you lift others, share what works, and never leave colleagues exposed

The detail

- Days of work: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

- Based at our Osborne Park showroom, with travel to home shows and events for top performers

- Competitive base plus uncapped commission structure
