What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill, you'll help deliver safe, high-quality care and positive patient experiences. Working alongside nurses and the wider healthcare team, you'll contribute to better health outcomes and a culture of safety and learning.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Delivering advanced enrolled nursing care that supports evidence-based patient outcomes
- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance the patient journey
- Mentoring enrolled nurses, students and assistants in nursing to build capability
- Supporting quality and safety initiatives that strengthen clinical standards

- Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions
- Ability to deliver advanced, evidence-based nursing care
- Strong communication, teamwork and patient education skills
- Commitment to professional development and quality care

You'll stand out if you have an Advanced Diploma of Nursing, equivalent study, or are undertaking further education.
