Fine Concepts is a nationally operating commercial fit-out and custom joinery company based in Adelaide. For more than 20 years we've delivered high-quality retail, hospitality and commercial projects for some of Australia's leading brands.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help lead exciting projects across Australia.

You will be trusted to take ownership of your projects from handover through to completion, supported by an experienced team that works together.

You will be responsible for managing multiple fit-out projects from award through to completion, including:

- Programming and project planning.

- Procurement and subcontractor coordination.

- Client communication and relationship management.

- Cost control and variation management.

- Site coordination with Supervisors and trades.





- Programme management and delivery.

- Project reporting.

- Successful project handover.

Our projects are fast-paced, diverse and located throughout Australia, so every week brings something different.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience managing commercial fit-out, shopfitting or commercial construction projects.

- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused.

- Takes ownership and accountability.

- Communicates professionally with clients, designers and subcontractors.

- Can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Understands construction sequencing.

- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

- Wants to grow with a business rather than simply have another job.

Technical skills are important but attitude is everything.
