An opportunity has opened up to join a number one agent in the area and multi-award winning agency that is entering an exciting period of growth.

We are looking for proven, high-performing real estate professionals who know what it takes to operate at a high level and want to be part of a successful sales team.

SALES ASSOCIATE – MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

This is not an entry-level Sales Associate position.

We are specifically seeking an experienced Sales Associate who understands how to run a campaign predominantly from the buyer side, support the agent and take ownership of the day-to-day campaign execution.

The agent lists and sells the property, while the Associate takes responsibility for running the campaign and ensuring the buyer side is managed exceptionally well.

The role will include:

- Managing buyer enquiry and buyer databases

- Running campaigns from launch through to sale

- Buyer qualification and follow-up

- Open homes and inspections

- Buyer servicing and negotiations

- Database management and prospecting

- Campaign reporting and feedback

- Working closely with the agent to maximise campaign results

- Identifying opportunities and converting buyers

- Providing exceptional service throughout the campaign

You MUST have previous experience working as a Sales Associate in residential real estate.

We want people who are already operating at a high level,



understand the pace of a top-performing sales environment and can hit the ground running.

SALES AGENTS – MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES

We are also seeking experienced Sales Agents at various stages of their careers.

Flexible remuneration structures are available depending on experience and performance, including:

- Base salary + commission

- Commission only

- Debit/credit arrangements

- Other structures available for the right candidate

This is an prospect to work alongside a high-performing, multi-award winning agent within an office that is actively growing.
