We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to support a top-performing team of Sales Agents in the Eastern Suburbs. This position will see you managing the full listing lifecycle, ensuring everything runs smoothly from admin to compliance. You’ll use your organisational and communication skills to keep the team on track and at the top of their game.

The Role:

- Provide end-to-end administrative support across the listing lifecycle




- Streamline workflows in collaboration with the Operations Team
- Maintain accurate, compliant sales and listing files
- Assist with onboarding new agents and system setup
- Support Saturday open homes

What We’re Looking For:

- Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License with a reliable car – essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role within real estate.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence across various admin platforms.
