Your Day-to-Day
Working closely with two experienced Property Managers, you'll assist in the management of a residential portfolio of approximately 450 properties while developing your knowledge across all areas of property management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Conducting routine and ingoing inspections
- Taking photos for new listings
- Preparing rental applications and lease documentation
- Lease sign-ups
- General office administration and customer service
- Supporting the Property Management team with daily operations
About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and eager to build a successful career in real estate. You will have:
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Entry-level or junior real estate experience is welcomed, but attitude and a genuine desire to learn are what matter most!
