FBT Transwest is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our transport and logistics services across Australia. Based in Brisbane, this role suits a proactive sales professional who can identify opportunities, build relationships and deliver results.

· Brisbane-based role with regular Queensland and interstate travel.

· Autonomous sales role backed by strong operational support.

What you’ll be doing

· Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue, margin and market share.

· Identify and secure new business through prospecting, customer engagement, site visits and tenders.

· Build strong customer, prospect and industry relationships.





· Work with operations and management teams to deliver customer and commercial outcomes.

What you’ll bring

· Experience in business development, sales or account acquisition, ideally in transport, logistics, supply chain or B2B services.

· Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously.

· Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate as required.
