Sales Consultant Wanted – Just Spas Canberra Store

Are you a confident closer who can sell value, not just price?

Just Spas has opened a brand-new showroom in Canberra and we are looking for a driven Sales Consultant to be part of the launch team.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading spa retailers in a brand-new store environment, representing premium, Australian-made products backed by industry-leading warranties.

About the Role

This is not a transactional retail role. Our customers are making considered purchases, and your ability to build trust, demonstrate value, and guide them to the right solution is what drives success.

You will be selling a premium range including:

- Spas

- Swim Spas

- Urban Pools

- Saunas and wellness products

You will regularly be up against lower-priced imported alternatives, so your ability to confidently communicate quality, performance, and long-term value is critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage and convert showroom walk-ins into sales

- Follow up leads via phone, email, and online enquiries

- Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence

- Guide customers through the buying journey from enquiry to close

- Maintain robust product knowledge across our full range

- Assist with showroom presentation, stock coordination, and general operations





- Work weekends as part of a roster (essential)

What We’re Looking For

- A proven ability to close sales and handle objections

- Someone who sells on value, not discounting

- Strong communication skills and natural rapport-building ability

- High attention to detail across quotes, orders, and follow-ups

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- Retail or showroom sales experience preferred (but not essential if you can sell)
