About this opportunity:
We are looking for a solutions-focused AI Solutions Developer to support the team by identifying opportunities to improve business processes, reduce manual tasks and enhance the way information is accessed, managed and used.
In this role, you will work closely with the business to design and implement practical AI-powered solutions, automated workflows, AI assistants, chatbots and knowledge management tools that support productivity, operational effectiveness and informed decision-making.
You will:
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of business processes to identify manual tasks, bottlenecks, duplication and inefficiencies.
- Design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions, automated workflows, AI assistants, chatbots and knowledge management tools to improve productivity and information retrieval.
- Integrate AI and automation solutions across existing business systems to improve data accessibility, reporting and decision-making.
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities,
measure outcomes and refine solutions while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, privacy and governance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation solutions within a commercial environment, with a proven track record of driving measurable productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Advanced knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Strong technical capability in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Demonstrated experience analysing, redesigning and optimising business processes to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and change management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, data platforms and business applications, including an understanding of data governance, cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, with Microsoft AI, Power Platform or equivalent certifications highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- You must be 18 years or over.
