About the role

Peressin Pools' is seeking a Casual Office Assistant to join our team in Plympton Park, SA. This is a casual position where you will provide administrative and clerical support to our office. The role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work arrangements (school hours available) with a minimum 2 days per week and availability to cover extra hours when required.

What you'll be doing

- Answering and managing incoming phone calls

- Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service

- Assisting with data entry and document processing

- Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying and mail handling

- Providing support to the wider team as required

What we're looking for

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Experience in a similar administrative or office support role with construction experience would be an added advantage





- Proficiency in using standard office software such as MYOB(preferred but not essential) and Microsoft Office

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
