About the role:

healthSAVE Lowood Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, motivated and patient-focused part-time Pharmacist to join our team.

Located just 30 minutes from Ipswich, our community pharmacy is proud to provide personalised healthcare and exceptional customer service to the people of Lowood and the surrounding Somerset region.

This is a permanent part-time position with flexible hours available for the right candidate. You will work alongside our Pharmacist Manager and experienced team to deliver a comprehensive range of clinical and professional pharmacy services, while contributing to the continued growth and success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently

- Provide professional advice on prescription and over-the-counter medications

- Conduct medication reviews and provide healthcare counselling

- Support and supervise pharmacy assistants and other staff

- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medications and health products





- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional pharmacy environment

Skills and experience:

- Current pharmacist registration (AHPRA)

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team

- Flexible, adaptable and willing to take on new challenges

- Empathetic and understanding of people's needs

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Previous experience with Z dispensing software, preferred but not essential

- Vaccination qualification preferred

- New graduate pharmacists are welcome to apply
