This represents an opportunity with one of the best accounting firms in Brisbane based in the inner city suburbs. This firm is led by a team of experienced, humble and friendly Directors. The firm works with some incredible clients. The firm is proud of their office culture.

POSITION

Due to growth and future succession planning, the position of Associate Director has been created. This role will involve the successful candidate working on an allocated portfolio of clients providing expert compliance and advisory services.

There is scope for this role to accomodate an experienced Senior Manager who is ready to step up to Associate Director.

CANDIDATE

- CA/CPA Qualified
- 15+ years experience in Australian Public Practice (Ideally Mid Tier, Top 100 or larger firms)
- Experience with large and complex clients
- Incredible leadership skills and someone with a Partner mindset
- An ability to conduct new business development
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A passion for the accounting industry
