About the Role

As a Senior level Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates across both pre-contract (sales) and post-contract (production) stages of residential projects. You will collaborate closely with sales, construction, and design teams, playing a vital role in cost control, project efficiency, and ensuring all work aligns with the company's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential projects across both sales and production phases.
- Interpret plans, specifications, and client selections to generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Produce sales estimates, including base house pricing, upgrades, variations, and tender documentation.




- Manage production estimating tasks, including post-contract variations, cost adjustments, and ongoing budget tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, drafting, construction, and project coordination, ensuring alignment on project deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier and subcontractor pricing to support accurate forecasting, quoting, and margin control.

About You:

- At least 6+ years of estimating experience within residential homebuilding, ideally across both sales and production.
- Proficiency in estimating software, particularly DataBuild.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal stakeholders and clients.
