About the role and where you will be working:

We’re looking for a General Manager of Home Care who will be responsible for the leadership, performance and growth of Southern Cross Care WA's Home Care portfolio, including Support at Home, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Transition Care Programme (TCP) and other community based services.

You’ll be part of a broader group that provides quality & person-focused care in people’s homes. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Development and delivery of Home Care business plans aligned to the organisation's objectives
- Provide leadership and oversight across all Home Care programs, ensuring they are safe, efficient and customer-focused
- Address barriers that impact customer engagement and outcomes
- Maintain accountability for the financial performance and sustainability of Home Care Services
- Working closely with Clinical Governance oversee quality, governance,



and risk management frameworks across Home Care services.
- Support professional development and continuous learning opportunities across the workforce

About you:

Willingness to embrace the values of Southern Cross Care WA and rewarding industry and how it plays into the role.

You will come with a skillset that can manage a large team and play an important part of the department's reporting line, ideally through previous experience (3-5 years)

To be considered for this role you’ll need:

- Demonstrated experience growing services and improving business performance within the Aged Care sector.
- Develop growth opportunities through strong stakeholder relationships
- Improving business processes, systems and operational efficiency
