About You
As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:

- Lead with passion to deliver high-quality care through strong leadership and teamwork
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growth
- Showcase strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Inspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education.
- Build strong connections with families and the community.

What You’ll Bring:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Assistant Centre Manager or similar leadership role within Early Childhood Education
- Maintain a current Working with Children Check




- Possess Australian working rights
- Present yourself in a professional, warm and approachable manner
- Build genuine relationships with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
- Lead by example, fostering a positive team culture and supporting the growth of those around you
- Contribute to a team-first mindset and a collaborative, high-performing environment
- Be available to work Monday to Friday
