Signature Compliance Co is a regulatory and compliance consultancy for wellness, supplement, and complementary medicine brands across Australia and the US. We help brands get products to market and keep them compliant with the TGA, FDA, FSANZ. Founder-led, growing, and working with brands that need expert help they can't get anywhere else.

The role
We're hiring an appointment setter to book qualified discovery calls with founders and brand owners who need regulatory and compliance support. You'll do outbound outreach, qualify interest, and get the right people onto the founder's calendar. This is a booking role, not a closing role, you set the meeting, we handle the consultation and the sale.

Fully remote. You set your own hours, but you'll need overlap with Australian and US business hours to reach prospects.

What you'll do

- Run outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and DMs to wellness, supplement, and complementary medicine brands
- Qualify prospects against a defined ideal-client profile before booking
- Book discovery calls directly onto the founder's calendar
- Keep clean records of outreach, replies, and bookings in our CRM




- Hand off booked calls with enough context that the founder walks in prepared
- Follow up with no-shows and reschedules to protect the booking rate

What we're looking for

- Proven appointment setting or SDR experience, ideally in B2B services, health, wellness, or consulting
- Comfortable with cold and warm outreach and handling objections without being pushy
- Organised and reliable with follow-up, bookings are worth nothing if they don't show
- Clear written English and a genuine, human outreach style (no spammy copy-paste templates)
- Able to work independently and hit a booking target without being managed day to day
- Familiarity with the supplement/wellness or regulatory space is a solid plus

Compensation
Commission-based. You're paid per qualified call booked that shows, with a higher bonus on any booking that converts to a signed client. Earning Potential: On target $1,200-$8,000 Per month.
