Francis Transport Group is a growing transport company with a supportive, close-knit team. We’re seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join us in maintaining and repairing our expanding fleet.
Salary
- $79,500 + Superannuation
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 months relevant full-time work experience as a Diesel Motor Mechanic
- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or higher relevant degree.
- Knowledge of Kenworth trucks highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
The Role
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy road transport vehicles
- Work directly with the Owner-Manager, supported by a workshop labourer
- Monday–Friday, family-friendly day shifts (with call-out allowance for after-hours)
