A reputable aged care organisation across Australia provides services within aged care

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the day to day clinical operations of this medium sized aged care home. As part of your team, you will have dedicated registered nurses and care staff who will be responsible for the care requirements of the home as well as having a supportive Facility Manager you will be reporting to.

Duties

- Daily clinical management of the facility
- Provide leadership & direction to care staff
- Education and mentorship for staff
- Ensure resident lifestyle & care needs are met
- Ensure quality & accreditation guidelines are met

Skills and Experience

- Current AHPRA registration
- Working experience across residential Aged Care




- Recent experience in a Deputy/Care Manager capacity
- Experience managing staff and providing support to teams
- Understanding and knowledge of aged care accreditation standards
- Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience and understanding of ACFI process
- Strong communication skills

Pay: $76,059.10 – $150,215.48 per year
