As we launch our very first Elite Eleven Café, we're looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to help shape this new chapter of our brand. This role is about more than serving exceptional coffee and food, it’s about creating meaningful relationships with our community, building a loyal customer base, setting the standard for the café experience, and bringing the Elite Eleven brand to life in a whole new way. As the foundation of our first café, you'll play a key role in establishing the culture, service standards, and community connections.

About the role

Elite Eleven is seeking an experienced and talented Head Barista to join our vibrant team in Sorrento. As a full-time role,



you will be responsible for leading our cafe operations and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

What you'll be doing

- Manage the daily operation of the coffee bar, including stock control, machine maintenance, and barista scheduling
- Ensure consistent high quality beverages are served to all customers
- Train and mentor barista team members to uphold our commitment to excellence
- Liaise with suppliers and manage orders and inventory
- Contribute to the overall success of the business by providing exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista or Head Barista in a busy hospitality environment
- Formal barista training and in-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Proven track record of leading and developing a high-performing barista team
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine interest in coffee culture

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
