This opportunity is different.

We're representing a privately owned dental group seeking an experienced Dental Surgeon with a robust interest and proven capability in implant dentistry, including immediate loading and full arch rehabilitation/All-on-X experience.

Your role is simple:

Go where the patients are and perform the surgery.

The private-owned group of practices has multiple established practices throughout Victoria with significant demand for implant and full arch treatment.

There are dedicated Treatment Coordinators, support teams and systems are already in place to educate patients, coordinate treatment and facilitate case acceptance.

Your focus is the part few clinicians can do:

- Implant placement
- Full arch rehabilitation/All-on-X
- Immediate loading protocols
- Complex surgical cases
- Clinical leadership within your area of expertise

What Makes This Different?

Rather than being in a single practice, you'll work across several locations within the group, including: Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Albury-Wodonga, South East Victoria.

Travel is fully supported.



Depending on your preference, the group can provide a vehicle allowance; or driver/chauffeur arrangements for regional travel.

You may choose to be based from home or from the Melbourne hub practice in the eastern suburbs.

About You

You are:

- A General Dentist with significant implant and All-on-X experience with immediate loading workflow looking to transition into a more focused surgical role; or
- A clinician already performing implant and full arch surgery seeking a platform with greater patient flow and support.
- You're confident placing implants, managing surgical cases and delivering predictable outcomes.
- AHPRA-registered dental practitioner with no restrictions or conditions.
