Winlux is a leading supplier of aluminium windows and doors systems. We have been supplying and installing windows and doors across Sydney for over 20 years.

Winlux is seeking an experienced Window Installer to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

- Installing aluminium windows and doors
- Manual handling of aluminium frames and glass (must be able to lift 20+ kgs)
- Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all installations
- Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients/site managers
- Troubleshooting issues and working with the team (or client) to implement effective solutions

What we're looking for

- 3+ years experience installing aluminium windows and doors (AWS preferred, but not essential)
- Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret plans and shopdrawings




- Commitment to delivering high-quality work in a safe and timely manner
- Valuable problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction Safety Card)
