The Opportunity

We now have an amazing opportunity to be PARTT of something meaningful. As a key member of our Care Services team, you will play a hands-on role supporting participants with community access and participation.

The successful candidates will possess the experience to work with individuals with complex care needs. Local applicants are preferred.

Key Duties Include:

- Medication administration
- Taking participants for appointments and other community participation




- Behaviour observation and support
- Meal preparation and shopping assistance
- Maintaining a record of participant progress
- Assessing participants to determine continuing needs
- Assistance in building participant self-image and self-confidence
- Manual Handling of participants
- Availability to cover a range of shifts including nights and weekends

Skills and Experiences:
Who We're Looking For

We are seeking qualified, capable support workers comfortable supporting clients from a range of backgrounds.

The successful candidates will have:

- Own vehicle for transport with comprehensive insurance
- Ability to work varied shifts
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Ageing or related industries highly regarded
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current QLD Unrestricted Driver’s License
