The maintenance program at Ben Furney Flour Mills means everything to us- without our machinery running smoothly, everything stops. Maintenance Fitters are responsible for carrying out routine planned and preventive maintenance, as well as building and strengthening the maintenance programs we have in place.
We would love to hear from experienced Maintenance Fitters, Turners, Welders or Machinists to hone their trade skill and learn gain a variety of skills working on our machines.
The Essentials
- A natural mechanical aptitude and trade qualification
- A proactive focus on machine maintenance
- Ability to take ownership of your work and prioritise your workload
- Ability to develop robust relationships within the immediate and wider teams
Desirable
- Experience in the food industry
