About the role

As a Production Draftsperson, you’ll play a key role in bringing residential projects to life. You’ll create accurate, compliant working drawings that reflect client specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the construction team, you’ll ensure plans are fully documented, quality-checked, and delivered on time — providing the foundation for homes that are both functional and beautiful.

What you’ll be doing

- Produce high-quality drawings that align with client briefs and project timelines.
- Carry out thorough quality checks at every stage to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Integrate dispensations, Council, and Developer requirements seamlessly into plans.
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, standards, and company policies.
- Keep all project documentation accurate and up to date across systems.

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in residential drafting, with knowledge of volume building, construction processes, and Rescode requirements.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
