Position: Full Time

Salary Range – $75,000 – $100,000 per year

We are seeking number of experienced Civil Engineers with Residential Apartment Construction Experience for our Construction Department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Report to the Project Manager, assist the Site Manager.

- Review specification and prepare ITP lists and check sheets.
- Review the specifications and prepare a list of all required samples and prototypes. Issue to S/C’s.
- Manage the submission and approval process of samples. Work closely with the team to keep the Quality Assurance systems up to date.




- Take a pro-active role with the critical trades ensuring the check sheets are complete for those activities identified under the specifications. Effectively maintain and manage the drawing registers and shop drawing approval process. Aim to prevent delays in this process.
- Marking up revised drawings identifying and highlighting any changes to allow these to be reviewed for costing or amendment or issuing to S/C’s.
Be the focal point for Site Manager / Foremen and subcontractors with inquiries and RFI’s with Consultants and between S/C’s.
Assist others, learn and develop effective communication skills.
Provide a weekly summary status of outstanding RFI’s to the Site Manager and the Project Manager each week to be able to raise in the consultant meetings.
